Parking for Lease

Hovde owns both indoor and outdoor parking facilities. Our commercial tenants enjoy priority access to Hovde Realty's 140+ parking stalls on the west side of Madison's Capitol Square. After meeting our office and retail tenants' needs we often have SURPLUS PARKING STALLS available for lease to the general public.

Indoor Parking

Our indoor garage is located at 309 W. Johnson St. (Map It), and is perfect for students looking to securely store a car close to their apartment or the professional seeking refuge from the elements. Please call for the current rate.

Outdoor Parking

Our outdoor surface lot is located at 312 W. Dayton St. (Map It), and is ideal for the local business person for whom getting in and out quickly is a priority. Please call for the current rate.

All of our stalls are leased to the tenant 24/7, on a month-to-month basis, and are cancelable with 30 days written notice. Discounts are available for new customer referrals from our current parkers.
