Funding secured for Ovation 309

U.S. Bank and Hovde West Johnson LLC have closed on a $49 million loan that will finance the construction of Ovation 309, a downtown mixed-use living center at 309 W. Johnson St. When complete, Ovation 309 will include a 14-story apartment tower with 255 units, 9,500 square feet of retail and nearly 44,700 square feet of office space –including an office condominium for the city of Madison Fire Department’s administration.
