Hovde Properties is hoping to redevelop another portion of Main Street in Waunakee with a u-shaped, mixed-use complex. If approved, the redevelopment would bring 14,000 square feet of retail and 117 apartments to the area.
In 2015, Hovde redeveloped the former Koltes Lumber building on Main Street into a retail building.
The developer would like to break ground in 2017 and open it by May 2018, according to the Waunakee Tribune.
