WAUNAKEE, Wis. – A developer is proposing a mixed-use project for downtown Waunakee that would bring more than 100 apartments and retail space to the village’s main street. The building proposed by Hovde Properties would include 117 apartments and more than 14,000 square feet of retail space. It would be located in the 200 block of East Main Street, across from a development it built in 2014.
Downtown Madison, Inc recently honored Hovde Properties with their 20th annual Community Asset Award.
